Since there were quite few experiments this month, coming back on the few buyings I did for libraries and softwares.

- Ashlight. When I saw its trailer on the Twitter of Native Instruments I was just hyper hyped and waited for the mail that told me "hey it's available come buy it!". Paid it €149 due to reduction offer, I tried it and I'm just in love with it. Just be careful, it eats up some ressources as well, I'd say up to the same level as Pharlight would do. As such any song that will use it will be tagged as "High CPU project". You'll hear it for the first time on September, since the tracks for August were made before its release.

- VEGAS Pro 19. On Thursday I got it finally! They made us pay the upgrade a bit less expensive than the other times, but I couldn't cheat anymore with the US website, they forced me to pay on an European one so I took French website. Still €199 is less than I paid the other years (it was more near €220). Tested it today, you'll get tracks rendered with it from MAYU's deadline (September 19th). A bit darker interface and they completely changed the colors of the tracks... Which made it slightly more difficult for me to align well capellas against the start of the instrumental spectrum (default color of track 1 is harshly visible for spectrums).

As for the albums, the CD32.5 has already 6 tracks done, including 5 public ones. For the software used:
- the songs for Lily and Akari (August 25th and 30th) were made before the buyings of both Ashlight and VEGAS 19. They are both songs from the Azur Lane series, Lily having the song for August von Parseval and Akari the one for Ägir. The first one is industrial and chaotic, the second one dark and pressured.
- the songs for Wistaria and VY1 (both September 1st) were made after Ashlight buying but before VEGAS 19's. VY1's song is in the Azur Lane series and will feature Hakuryuu, this is also a song where I used the cool/cute method that I also used in "Siren's Song" (+25 of cute for Kaori) and in another Kaori's private song (where I put +35 in cute but I won't say further), and when you see the character you'll understand why. Wistaria's song will be about one of the stories of Lovecraft, which made me being interested in his works. Both songs feature at least one instance of Ashlight.
- one private song with VY1 has been done within the same period and is a "pseudo-demo" for Ashlight. Very simple, it's all Ashlight.
- the song for MAYU that I just produced right now (you'll have to wait until September 19th to have it here though) has been thus made after the 2 buyings. Classical lesbian yandere song.

There are high chances all these releases will be automatically scheduled (Tweetdeck + blog scheduler for midnight airings).

I also already started writing the tracklist for CD33, but it's really a stub with many holes and with a tracklist that may be heavily modified since I have an unbalanced ratio with too many songs having public demos (I try to get a 50/50 ratio). So either I make it way longer, either I split it into 2 lists.

So finally here it is, the final song of the Muses series, a public song this time... Terpsichora, the Muse of Dance.
The ones who follow me since at least 2016 may notice the "back to the sources" since the first song I did with CUL was about a beautiful dancer...
This is also the final song you'll get as a public demo for CD32 "Melodies of Violence -From Azur Abyss-", since all next tracks will be in CD32.5... Which doesn't have a fixated name yet.

Already awake because I'll go away home for 2 weeks today... And before I go, will tell where I am exactly in production.

First, CD31.5 and CD32 will be scheduled to be released on September 18, 2021. This will be the day just before MAYU's September deadline, which is on the 19th. CD31.5 and CD32 will well feature 17 tracks each, CD32 introducing KAFU's voicebank.

- The songs "Simulacrum", "Ripped Reaper", "Tantrum", "Anti-Nihilism", "Necronomicon's Hymn", "Just Because of You", "Chained to the Death", "Crimson Retribution", "Lunatic Lunacy", "Datura" and "Divergence" are part of the CD31.5 "Melodies of Violence -To Crimson Ashes-"

- The songs "Siren's Song", "Labyrinth", "Thrill Seeker", "Woe to Fake Angels", "Traitor's Burden" (release on August 8th via automatic posting on both blog and Twitter and is has a certificate using the private licensing system), "Terpsichora" (release on August 16th via probably automatic posting) and "Arachne" are part of the CD32 "Melodies of Violence -From Azur Abyss-"

Songs that will be released after August 16th are not considered as part of any of these two albums.

For production, for the next 7 days I should work on 4 remaining songs of the CD32. Two of them are using Kaori, one is using Tianyi and one another is using Saki. All the other songs are already done. The second week will focus on CD32.5, very probably for Lily's, Akari's, VY1's and Wistaria's deadlines (August 25th, August 30th and 2 for September 1st). CD32.5 will feature a -Truth- edit, as well as several songs part of the Azur Lane series.

July buyings:

- Piano Colors. Got released at the beginning of the month, this is a piano Kontakt library used in a bit special way, even featuring pad presets... Made by pianos. €149.
- East Asia. Extension of Yangqin, got it for a special price since I paid the extension itself. Apparently it requires a very fast CPU, but I didn't notice any excessive CPU use from the library to be honest, unlike Straylight or Pharlight would do... €79 when I upgraded, it became a bit more expensive since the promotion period ended few days ago.
- Output bundle. Thanks Native. Bought 2 days ago for almost €350, contains some huge synth systems that I haven't tested yet. Going to have fun for the next few days.
- Sonic Forest and Sonic Ocean. 2 Kontakt libraries. Tested them already and their way of working is quite interesting. There is typically a button for each of them that can drastically change the way the synths work and add new sound variety. Bought between €15 and €20 each.
- Eplex7. With two libraries that are a bit cinematic. Has also been used already especially in "Arachne" that got released yesterday. Give some mystery to the sound. Eplex7 player's free, paid the libraries near €10.

So indirectly see you on August 8th even if the process is completely automatized, should normally come back home with VEGAS Pro 19.0 (which apparently would be released on August 9th from what I understood from the US version of the website?)

Arachne's myth is the story of a prideful woman who decided to challenge Athena. When people have to judge the two canvas works, Athena's was chosen, Arachne tears off hers before going to hang herself, ashamed. Athena feels then some pity for her, and with a poison made by Hecate, ressurects her as a spider, giving her the punishment for her pride.

Music: half-electro, half-Eastern Asian world music. Bass synth by Serum, yangqin by Yangqin, high koto by Koto Nation, lower koto, ajaeng, percussions and shakuhachi with East Asia. It was done a bit after East Asia was released as an "expansion" of Yangqin. Just what I was waiting for!
And so, this is the first public CeVIO song... Since the 2 previous songs done with the engine were album only tracks.

Hello, Nynthixia here. Very short news before I go to sleep, but after waiting few hours, I finally managed to buy KAFU from Vector Shop. There won't be any picture since this is a download version, sorry.

Little tip if you are not Japanese: use Paypal, not your credit card directly. I lost more than 30 minutes on this because I tried to use my credit card directly and it got denied since this is a French one. Hope this helps several of you.

KAFU won't have any public demo for now, however her deadlines will be on:

- next July 7th (not on 2021, but on 2022 and further this deadline will apply)
- December 1st (generic deadline that will be applied since 2021)

KAFU will have 2 private tracks in the album "Melodies of Violence -From Azur Abyss-".

The blog will be updated later in the week for KAFU. As for the current song production, I'm doing all the deadlined ones for the album and I'm currently working on the one for Meiji. After this I'll have to do CUL's deadlined song and after this will be all the private tracks. So they are very advanced for now.
