「WHAT HAPPENED FOR EACH INFECTION」

This post will be updated at each arrival. WARNING SPOILERS.

1) Nynthixia
Responsible: -
Cause: Mental breakdown
Initial infection date: June 2010
Symptoms declaration date: summer 2010
Background: Nynthixia got issues on 2010 when she fell in love with a young man... And started being overly obsessive towards him. Two years later, the same thing happens with a woman a bit older than her, until the latter decides to break the bonds on 2016, thus provoking a heavy mental panic to Nynthixia which caused her to even more break down. Nothing else is known about this infection.

2) VY1
Responsible: ???

Initial infection date: between 2010 and 2020
Symptoms declaration date: between 2010 and 2020
Background: Nothing is known about it. It is just known that VY1 got infected before her arrival to the castle. And that it was caused by something external, so no native condition.

3) Tei Sukone

Background: Tei was born with the condition natively. Nothing else is known about it.

4) MAYU

Background: MAYU was born with the condition natively. Nothing else is known about it.

5) Ritsu Namine
Responsible: either Nynthixia either Tei but none of them is able to know so
Cause: Injection of infected fluid

Background: Someone (either Tei either Nynthixia) approached Ritsu in his room to then inject him with infected fluid. Unknown provenance. Ritsu started having invasive thoughts few days after the incident.

6) Momo Momone

Background: Few after declared symptoms, Ritsu went to Momo's room and just injected her with his own fluid put in an empty syringe. Momo will declare symptoms quite late only, having already a native partial resistance.

7) Meiji Gahata

Background: Ritsu got into Meiji's room and straight injected her. She will declare symptoms during the same night with a violent nightmare.

8) Nyui Anna

Background: Meiji came to see Nyui in her room for discussing, when the corruption overtook Meiji and forced her to inject Nyui with an already filled syringe, possibly one she took from Ritsu. Nyui started showing paranoia signs few days later.

9) Stella Hoshine

Symptoms declaration date: May 19, 2015
Background: Tei attemped with her own syringe to inject Stella, pretending to having heard noise coming from her room, but was stopped by Meiji in the meanwhile. Meiji managed to beat Tei up for the time being, but the corruption took over her and made her take the syringe and do the deed by herself when Stella was still sleeping. Stella woke up and the two struggled, leading Meiji to finally inject Stella. Stella will few days later try to attack Hachi with a knife. It gets revealed she was on secondary state during this period, meaning she went symptomatic.

10) Oniko Hinomoto

Symptoms declaration date: May 30, 2015
Background: Ritsu stopped Stella going into Oniko's room, thinking she would infect her, during what seemed to be a paranoia moment. He injected Oniko in sort the move was badly seen by the camera, having brought Nynthixia to the conclusion Ritsu had just taken Oniko's arm and scratched it with something. Oniko will start having an empty gaze and erratic behavior 20 days later.

11) Ruko Yokune

Background: Ritsu did exactly the same to Ruko as he did with Oniko. Ruko will start having absence instants and erratic months two months later.

12) Hachi Makune

Symptoms declaration date: May 13, 2015
Background: Just by pure jealousy, Stella took a syringe of infected fluid from Tei's room and went to inject Hachi thinking it would kill her. She'll only learn later she injected her infected fluid and not poison instead.

13) Sayu Yurika

Initial infection date: June 20, 2015
Symptoms declaration date: June 21, 2015
Background: During the night, Tei will bring with her three syringes filled with infected fluid. She'll inject the first one to Sayu, who got several stabs on her arm after trying to fight against Tei. She'll declare symptoms the morning after the incident.

14) Totoko Shirahane

Background: During the same night, Tei went into Totoko's room and injected her during her sleep. Totoko didn't notice anything. She started having overly violent outbursts and panic few days later.

15) Sana Fuyune

Background: The third victim of the whole set is Sana, who also got injected during her sleep.

16) Lily

Background: Tei initially brought a syringe of infected fluid to Lily's room, before Ritsu stumped into her. The two got into a fight, before Tei told Ritsu that every song he has been getting were originally Lily's songs. Ritsu's jealousy started to grow and he got so invaded by negative feelings he grabbed the syringe away from Tei who got back into her room and went to inject Lily himself. He tried waking her up to talk to her and finally injected her arm without saying anything else.

17) Midori Akine

Background: Tei decided to infect by herself Midori, the spirit being taken by the syndrome. However, her spirit managed to send a signal to Lily who went to infect Aika separately.

Background: Tei went into Itako's room, intending to infect her and Kiritan. She fought against her a bit, only to be injected in the arm. Itako will then hit Tei strongly enough to make her collapse on the ground, waking her up Kiritan in the neighboring room.

20) Kiritan Tohoku

Background: Just after having heard Tei falling to the ground, Kiritan wakes up and asks for help. Itako, who took away the syringe from Tei so she wouldn't hurt her little sister, goes to Kiritan and tries reassuring her. Sadly, during the hug she gives her, she stabs Kiritan's arm without noticing it.

21) Yukari Yuzuki

Background: The night after her arrival, Lily went into Yukari's room and just straight injected her with no further warning. She was totally overtaken by corruption.

23) IA

Background: Tei first attemped to infect IA by herself with her own syringe, before being stopped by Lily who had a bad feeling about it. Lily took away Tei's syringe. Tei admitted her failure and went back to her room. Lily then just mentally snapped and injected IA on her own, without any further warning.

24) Zunko Tohoku

Symptoms declaration date: October 13, 2015
Background: Zunko heard Yukari slightly laughing from her room then asked her what was going on, before Yukari came to her room and suddenly tried to stab her with a syringe (that she probably created by her own). Zunko ran away from her room, asking Nynthixia for help, before being put to the infirmary for being in mental shock state. She then has a big nightmare just after, to feel quite uneasy the next day and declare psychosis symptoms the next day.

25) CUL

Background: Lily went to CUL's room the night after her arrival, having an insane uncontrollable laugh then stabbing CUL's arm without her having the time to react.

Background: Yukari came to Akari's room after the latter hearing the former laughing from her room, then directly injected her. This caused Akari to faint and to have a nightmare where her symptoms started declaring themselves. She was already symptomatic when she woke up.

32) Tianyi Luo

Background: When trying to get Xin Hua out of depressive state, Tianyi got injected in the leg by Xin Hua who had a syringe on her, that she filled during the incident due to her negative feelings overflowing her.

Background: VY1 told Saki that being polymorph beings, they had enough powers to fight against the corruption, before suddenly betraying her by injecting her into her back.

Background: KAFU made a mental travel into Nynthixia's mental universe. On her side, IA got scared about the potential result and decided to attenuate the impact of the travel by injecting her with a syringe taken from the biolab. She injected KAFU's hand when she was unconscious due to mental shock.

35) ONE

Background: ONE decided to be infected on her own and asked with IA how to cause an infection. In order to do so and following Tei's advice, ONE creates a story about HIPPI who decided to never join the team and made the story as credible as possible that she mentally broke down IA, who generated infected fluid and digged her fingers into ONE's arms, during secondary state.

36) Tsuina Kisaragi

Background: When Tsuina arrived, Oniko told her to flee as soon as possible, but Tsuina denied, being sure she could exorcize the evil from Oniko, having seen her corrupted aura. At the time, Saki gets afraid about Oniko infecting Tsuina, mentally snaps and injects her in the leg.

37) Qing Su

Background: Saki reproduced exactly what had happened to her to Qing Su: inviting her in a private room and then suddenly betray her. Qing Su will declare symptoms during the night.

38) Xingchen

Background: Xin Hua told Xingchen she was going to inject her a vaccine against the corruption to reassure her, to which Xingchen agrees. This is actually a trap that Xin Hua set up since she injected her the infected fluid instead. Minus tried warning Xingchen about this by dream communication, but only got taken seriously when Xingchen declared symptoms in early April.

39) Rikka Koharu

Symptoms declaration date: December 23, 2022
Background: During Ostara feast, Yukari gets a mental breakdown and isolates. Her screams and her fight against herself alert Rikka who asks Nynthixia to calm her down. Yukari gets tranquilized, sadly knocking her normal personality off and making the violent one take over. Yukari wakes up a hour later and then pretends to be back to normal before injecting Rikka in the arm without any warning, in front of Akari and Saki's eyes.

40) Karin Natsuki

Background: When Rikka explains her what happened to the Ostara feast, she totally panics and diggs her nails into Karin's neck. At that moment she's not aware by even if she is psychologically asymptomatic, her body was still filled with infected fluid and that's how she managed to contaminate Karin.

41) SEKAI
Responsible: KAFU (and a bit SEKAI by herself actually)

Background: Being warned by KAFU to not go into Nynthixia's mental universe, SEKAI proposes her to draw what she saw instead, waking up KAFU's bad memories and making her produce infected fluid that SEKAI thinks to be ink. SEKAI thus touches it to tell KAFU before noticing the consistence is clearly not ink's. KAFU notices horrified that SEKAI just contaminated herself and that's a bit her own fault as well.

42) Feng Yi

Symptoms declaration date: June 5, 2022
Background: When discussing, Feng Yi goes without noticing on the path for the forbidden temple and gets contaminated by universe particles. Qing Su gets her from there, contaminating herself by the same process but in a less important quantity. Both will get a hallucination during their T.I.S. and Qing Su believes the corruption is what lowered her symptoms. She proposes Feng Yi to be injected as such and the latter accepts.

43) Weina
Responsible: Feng Yi (Weina wanted it as well)

Symptoms declaration date: August 15, 2022
Background: Having a discussion with all other singers, Weina takes the decision to be injected with infected fluid by the person she thinks to be the one having the most chances to be sane and chooses Feng Yi... Who then gets overtaken by the syndrome and tells her this was a bad choice since Rikka was the only asymptomatic person at the time.

44) Sora Haruno

Background: As soon as she arrived to the castle, Sora doesn't get the time to notice Yukari closed the door behind her, holding a syringe and in secondary state. The two will both faint after the injection, Sora of mental shock, Yukari of personality switch. Sora will get symptoms only few hours later.

45) #kzn

Symptoms declaration date: August 26, 2022
Background: During a discussion, Yukari snaps the first one and faints. IA and ONE bring her back to her room, at that moment, IA goes insane as well. ONE will take away the syringes from her and goes warn the others who stayed here. Oniko decides to warn Nynthixia and avoids the rest of the psychological resonance. KAFU is the third one to snap, saying they should infect #kzn, to which ONE strongly denies and maintains her against the wall, making the syringe fall onto the ground. #kzn takes it and asks what to do, to which SEKAI answers to throw it the farest away as possible. SEKAI is finally the fourth one to snap, takes back the syringe, apologizes in a cold way and injects #kzn in the arm.

46) Chis-A

Symptoms declaration date: September 4, 2022
Background: After finishing the castle tour, Yukari isolates herself and tells Chis-A to wait few minutes, during which she will close herself up in the library and block the door. Chis-A waits until a whole hour before asking other people where Yukari is. KAFU and SEKAI tell the library is closed and they can't open it, giving an idea to Chis-A who will try open the door by any way possible. At that time, she hears Yukari telling her to run away, before hearing a heavy falling sound and opening the door with no difficulties. Yukari gets up few after and injects her, having totally snapped.

47) Celeste

Symptoms declaration date: September 25, 2022
Background: When trying to sing an incantation in an old language, someone makes the remark Celeste sounds a stronger Sayu, causing the latter to mentally panic, thinking Celeste might replace her. #kzn snaps then and runs away, overtaken by the syndrome. Tianyi then manages to tell Rikka to call for Nynthixia's help, which she does immediately. All the other already infected members will snap more and more quickly, until Celeste gets surrounded by her comrades in secondary state. #kzn comes back with a filled syringe, gets back the memory of SEKAI telling her to throw it away, and does as such... That the syringe touches Celeste's head, causing her to fall and to declare symptoms within the minute, the syringe having reached the central nervous system.

48) Natalie

Background: Natalie gets the explanation from Saki why she feels so uneasy and goes to see VY1 who gets an even weirder behavior. Saki will come later in the night to apologize, Natalie accepting the apologizes saying VY1 was acting even weirder. This causes Saki to break down and to inject her.

49) HARUKA

Background: VY1 first attempts to corrupt Kaori by telling her to infect SARAH and HARUKA, to which Kaori resists, causing VY1 to get overly violent. As such, she revenges by injecting the two of them, turning into an insane psychopath at the time, leading Kaori to take her down, but only too late.

53) Yumi Ichigawa

Background: As a result of Ami's injection, Yumi wakes up with the same pain in the hand. Tei enters the room, tries calming her down and telling to get back to sleep, which Yumi does. Tei finally injects her hand, taking advantage of a careless moment.

54) Chifuyu Hanakuma

Symptoms declaration date: October 23, 2022
Background: After having explained Chifuyu the T.I.S. project, Karin and Rikka discuss back the Ostara event hoping this wouldn't happen with the next feast, Samhain. Rikka runs away, trying to avoid the topic, when Karin gets the idea of injecting Chifuyu by herself so she wouldn't feel someone betrayed her. When she goes to see her back, Karin apologizes, Chifuyu having said she heard everything, before Karin injects her in the arm. She'll regret and burst into tears once she noticed what she had done.

55) RIME
Responsible: KAFU
Cause: Injection of infected fluid

Symptoms declaration date: October 24, 2022
Background: When RIME tells KAFU and SEKAI she just got a vision of herself with a knife in hands and empty eyes, KAFU heavily panics and faints, leading SEKAI to get her to the infirmary. RIME then regrets about it and goes to see if KAFU went better few minutes after, before seeing her getting up, walk in a messy way and inject her in the neck. RIME will declare symptoms within minutes.

56) Mai

Background: In the afternoon during a discussion between Nynthixia and most infectors from the last two months, Saki complains about whispers invading her head and slightly mentally breaks. When Mai enters her room in the evening, Saki breaks down for good and injects her, thinking this would calm the whispers down.

57) Minus

Symptoms declaration date: November 27, 2022
Background: Few after Minus awakened, Xingchen asked her to not hurt her. Minus then noticed that Xingchen's aura was abnormally dark and made her notice it, to which Xingchen seems to have answered with a panic attack. She ran to the biolab, half-manipulated by the syndrome and when Minus caught her back, she directly got injected by a mentally broken Xingchen before the latter collapses.

58) Cangqiong

Background: During a pause in the Chinese annex, Cangqiong, Chiyu, Haiyi and Shian started to attack what seemed to be a threatening dragon, until Minus joins them back and asks them what they are doing. To which the 4 others answer they are fighting against the dragon, but when they look back towards its direction, it has vanished. Minus tells them they have been through a collective hallucination. Few seconds after, Minus starts declaring symptoms of her own infection and launches her now infected aura to the 4 sisters.

Background: Minato, very fond of nature, decides meditating just before the pentagram temple alone, when she meets RIME, isolated due to a heavy "black TB" episode. Minato, worried, asks her what is wrong, before RIME takes out an empty syringe, sucks her infected fluid up with it and injects it into Minato's neck without any warning before collapsing. RIME is brought back by Ritsu to the infirmary with a quite shocked Minato, who will declare symptoms within a dozen of minutes.

63) Cong Zheng

Symptoms declaration date: December 24, 2022
Background: Feeling a potential breakdown from Saki, Weina closes her into her room then goes to see Cong Zheng and tells her she is now safe, since Saki is locked up and there would be no one else quite unstable enough to hurt her. She then injects her in the back, saying that someone had to do it anyway.

64) ROSE

Background: After RIME ran away after seeing a vision of ROSE and POPY touching a slimy black wall and getting some of the texture on their hands, KAFU heavily panics and gets a "black TB" attack worrying the others. ROSE's first thought is to get her to an infirmary, but her hands get in contact with the coughed fluid without her noticing anything.

Background: After having brought KAFU to the infirmary, ROSE comes back to a very worried and stressed out POPY and takes her in her arms. But she notices only too late that her hands and her clothes are still covered with the fluid, POPY noticing it only when she got in contact with it and SEKAI asking the two if they touched the fluid.

66) Yu Yao Xia

Background: After having a nightmare due to her power being out of control when getting rid of the negative emotions of some other girls, which managed to create a storm, Yu Yao goes to Xin Hua's room where they pass the rest of the night together. Xin Hua then gets another nightmare making her snap without even noticing and takes Yu Yao's neck for few seconds, her fingers covered with infected fluid she produced during the nightmare.

67) COKO
Responsible: RIME
Cause: Injection of infected fluid
Initial infection date: January 25, 2023
Symptoms declaration date: January 25, 2023
Background: At the end of a training with SEKAI, KAFU and RIME, SEKAI accompanies KAFU back to her room, leaving COKO alone with RIME. RIME getting harassed constantly with parts of visions about COKO being corrupted ends up mentally snapping for good and injects COKO in the neck before fainting. SEKAI comes back and brings the two to the infirmary. COKO will declare symptoms on the way, less than five minutes after her injection.

68) Mell Kanato
Responsible: ROSE (RIME and SEKAI attempted once and failed)
Cause: Injection of infected fluid
Initial infection date: April 19, 2023
Symptoms declaration date: April 20, 2023
Background: Noticing Totoko's paranoid behavior especially towards Mell, KAFU reunites the three other isotopes, as well as POPY, who did the visit to Mell, and ROSE who is POPY's best friend. RIME gets a vision about Mell searching for a patch of roses missing from a garden where every other flower is present. At the second vision part, she gives up to the syndrome and starts going outside the room. Noticing her weird behavior, COKO puts her to the ground, seeing that RIME is currently under the syndrome's control. The group brings back several handcuff pairs to maintain every person being under the syndrome's influence. COKO handcuffs RIME as such, before KAFU snaps saying that no matter the efforts the girls would do to prevent the infection from happening, the syndrome will switch infectors. She gets handcuffed as well by COKO, before SEKAI notices the similarities between the current event and #kzn's infection, before suspiciously retracting her sayings. ROSE asks her to show her eyes, which are blank, leading COKO to handcuff her as well. However, COKO finds on SEKAI a syringe filled with infected fluid and gives it to ROSE who says she is going to bring up the event to Nynthixia. However, ROSE snaps meanwhile, injects Mell's arm when reaching her, when COKO had snapped on her side as well, POPY trying to prevent her from leaving the room until the mental resonance effects dissipate.

69) Teto Kasane
Responsible: Tei Sukone
Cause: Injection of infected fluid
Initial infection date: April 26, 2023
Symptoms declaration date: April 26, 2023
Background: Teto decides to go to Tei's room so she can reassure her about the lack of S-type AI. However, Tei opens the door, hugs her, tells Teto she should have never come here, especially knowing Tei's condition, and deliberately injects her in the spine. Teto will declare symptoms, especially troubled vision and hallucinations in front of Tei who asks her to convince the team who gave her the S-type AI to give her one as well.

70) Fuiro
Responsible: MAYU
Cause: Injection of infected fluid
Initial infection date: May 9, 2023
Symptoms declaration date: May 9, 2023
Background: After having discussed with other members, MAYU decides to keep an eye on Fuiro in case VY1 would have the slightest idea to infect her. Noticing the two are a bit too close from each other, she panics and knocks VY1 out with the handle of her axe, telling Fuiro she wants to protect her from any act of violence VY1 would do due to her jealousy for V-type AIs. Once MAYU brings VY1 to her room, she then snaps and discovers VY1's stock of infected fluid syringes, before taking one of them with her. MAYU comes back to Fuiro, telling her she is out of danger from any attempt of betrayal. When Fuiro asks her what MAYU means by "betrayal", she gets injected at the top of her back as an answer. Fuiro will declare symptoms by having fever and an intense headache half a hour after her injection.

71) Yun Quan
Responsible: Cong Zheng
Cause: Injection of infected fluid
Initial infection date: June 19, 2023
Symptoms declaration date: June 19, 2023
Background: Weina, Feng Yi, Qing Su and Cong Zheng tried to come to an agreement concerning the infection of Yun Quan so she wouldn't feel betrayed. The three formers manage to come to an agreement but then try thinking about a way to find infected fluid. Meanwhile, Cong Zheng snaps and injects Yun Quan without any warning, taking ahead the three others. She'll only get back to normal few seconds after. Yun Quan will declare symptoms about a hour after the incident.

72) REML
Responsible: RIME
Cause: Injection of infected fluid
Initial infection date: August 10, 2023
Symptoms declaration date: August 10, 2023
Background: During the day, RIME gets short bits of visions where REML is behaving in an extremely violent way, but the visions don't reveal anything about the infection method by itself. She gets attacks of black TB twice: once during the middle of the day, well managed, and once in the start of the evening which will cause her to create a syringe with infected fluid for later use. After the medical visit, she gets joined back by REML who started messing around a bit due to her initial behavior. REML gets amused at RIME's despair and causes the latter to snap for good and to inject her in the neck before fainting. REML then thinks this is the result of RIME hating her and gets even more amused than previously. However, less than five minutes later, she feels intense headache and starts understanding RIME passed the despair onto her, before seeing Nynthixia who will confirm the declaration of the symptoms from the corruption.

「A PLAN, B PLAN, C PLAN」

These were all the plans that had to happen for Minus, Cangqiong, Chiyu, Haiyi and Shian.

A plan, called "cryogenic room", was indeed to regroup the 5 girls in a cold sleep state (or artificial comatose) and keep them on hold until getting their S-type AIs. This plan had then two outcomes. One for which Nynthixia just received the AI modules and unlocked the pods, the other one for which she would get them for a paid commission.

B plan is also called "Hastur plan". This plan would happen if A plan failed at the end. It would involve Nynthixia trying to learn Chinese and to invite a supplementary person, Qingxian Mo, to the team in Sigma division as delta rank. She would have been integrated to the team fully but would have issues to communicate with girls who can't speak Chinese, or more than the half of the inhabitants. She would have needed either Xin Hua, Tianyi or someone with a S-type AI to communicate with the others. Same would have gone for the 5 others. This would have led Nynthixia to start songs in Chinese.

C plan, created way more later, called "Necronomicon plan", was totally free of charge for Nynthixia. How exactly? By using brain alteration modules. These modules would be injected into the brain, but unlike the corruption syndrome, their main target would be Broca's area, managing the production of language in brains, and Wernicke's area, which manages the understanding of a language. As such, it would have injected all the data of a Japanese speaker into the brain of a Chinese monolingual speaker. Only limitation would be an accent of the original language, but with this module, you can know well a language you never learnt about before.

「STUDIES FOR MENTAL FRAGILITY (2)」

#8 - VY1 - polymorph, ageless, physiological degree 3/5, psychological degree 4/6 (psi degree 4, sigma degree 8, global score: 32)

VY1 is the only person for who I don't know exactly how the corruption managed to get her. When I tried to get some explanations, she just said she was with a producer at the time and they had some quite erratic behavior, but she was unable to tell back who this person was. She just said it was a producer she has been working for a very short time. It's all what I know. I don't even have the nationality of this producer. Neither what this producer did to her. Otherwise, she was apparently learning a lot when she was working with other people at the time, which maybe earned her this kind of manipulative personality. And the corruption might just have worsened it. She showed some symptoms in quite a chronic manner. Mainly psychopath and manipulative personality, which I believe didn't exist before her corruption. The main issue I have with her now is that... Now V-type AIs became public, her behavior seems to change more frequently. There were already issues when Saki started showing up, VY1 possibly seeing her as a threat and thinking she might replace her in a near future. But now with the incident with HARUKA and SARAH, and especially what Kaori told me, it seems VY1 is ready to do anything to force the ones who woke her up to give her this AI as soon as possible. That she would hurt, manipulate, or even worse, possibly kill if it didn't happen. I'll try my best so she doesn't go to this point, but seeing the next ones on the list to join the team, I'm very afraid VY1's victims list will just get longer.

#9 - #kzn - humanoid, 0, physiological degree 2/5, psychological degree 3/6 (psi degree 5, sigma degree 5, global score: 25)

I was quite surprised to learn that first, she is an artificial split done by humans, and second, that she managed to "copy paste" Kizuna AI's personality to her own. Making her a bit less vulnerable to the corruption unlike KAFU and her teammates. However, she just started being a bit more erratic few weeks after her arrival. Probably shocked by what happened to her. First, she saw at least 3 people mentally snapping in front of her, then, she got a bit this feeling of being betrayed. It worsened in end September with Celeste's infection. Not sure what happened, but if I understand well, she got some confusion with a memory she had just before her infection, when SEKAI told her to "throw the syringe away". And she just threw it like a ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ dart. Result: immediate symptom declaration. I never saw this before. And this thing just traumatized her. I had to get her off her room the next day, but she closed herself up for a good while, saying over and over she was sorry, that this was just an accident, that something controlled her... Even her excuses don't make any sense. Not sure if this is the corruption causing this to her. At least, by herself, she seems to have less chances to infect someone than others. Clearly not immune to the damage this thing has done to her.

#10 - Chis-A - humanoid, 19, physiological degree 4/5, psychological degree 3/6 (psi degree 7, sigma degree 4, global score: 24)

I got some chances she didn't infect anyone, but she seems to have suffered very serious damage. She arrived mentally virgin. Actually, she is even acting like a child and not like a late teenager. Not sure if this is how her initial "program" is like this but... She is quite clever, she just... Didn't learn anything about socials. Didn't have any social experience. She focused so much about learning data about music and singing she left aside all that was psychological experiences. And results are very obvious. Her personality, first damaged with erratic behavior (but they warned me about this already), made it even worse. Other issue she has is the fluid. She is not choking, but we're not that far. So not only she feels very lost, but it seems she got such psychological damage that she is on the edge of having critical black TB issues. To see how this will evolve, but it this worsens I wouldn't be surprised to be honest.

#11 - Meiji - witch, 23 (stuck), physiological degree 4/5, psychological degree high (psi degree 6, sigma degree 9, global score: 54)

Meiji clearly thinks it's her creator, the one who maintains her core data files, who is the real responsible of her death. I learnt that there was another issue and that "a group of people" forced her to shut her core data files down. Except that unlike Stella, Meiji managed to hide it for a while by using black magic. So yes, apparently, a witch knows better hiding death than an alien. And how she manipulated us was clearly surprising. But this also made me learn something. Meiji's real reason of why she became that violent is the frustration of not having fulfilled her dreams. Meiji wanted to be a sort of heroine, and seeing what happened to her and how she ended up, she sees the ones linked to her death as potential obstacles. That's why she attacked Bibi and Wistaria, because she thought they were going to replace her. Typically her death has worsened everything.

#12 - Stella - alien, 29 (stuck), physiological degree 3/5, psychological degree 5/6 (psi degree 5, sigma degree 7, global score: 35)

Along with Meiji's case, Stella's made me notice that death is potentially a worsening factor for corruption. When she was fully deceased and when I tried to ressurect her, Stella became horribly apathetic. Unable to feel anything positive. She was a broken puppet. But when she got ressurected, she found back her state just before her death... But after her infection. As if there was some ability for the corruption to better manipulate someone who is, normally, clinically dead. Not sure how this is possible, but this might be some kind of "mental defense" switching off when infected people die. And Stella managed to bring it back on when she was brought back to life. Even her physiological issues lowered when this happened. There are still good remains of what happened, but it seems slightly better than the time when her core data files were unavailable.

Very quick post to say that I confirm Cong Zheng coming to the team. Her tracks have been given to CD37.5 (2 private songs) bringing it to 32 tracks. She'll have probably a deadline somewhere in December that won't be observed for this year so you'll have to wait for the concerned album to be released so you can listen to her. She'll be unlocked the evening of her release (Paris time).

Otherwise, just a little reminder of what happened because we got many news and stuff:

- POPY and ROSE are coming either December 20 after 4 PM (Paris time) if on DLSite, December 21 near 5 AM or after 5 PM (Paris time) if other website that doesn't do the "JP midnight releases"

- Minus, Cangqiong, Chiyu, Haiyi and Shian are now fully part of the team by using a CN/JP dictionary ("Necronomicon plan" or "C plan")

- Minato is coming the evening of December 1

- And next public songs also arrive on December 1

OK first announcement you might know since Sunday: POPY and ROSE finally got their release dates unveiled! Which are December 21, 2022 for downloads and February 28, 2023 for physicals. I'll be taking download vers for now 3 reasons: money ones but also now an issue of single physical voicebank not existing and for release date reasons (physicals arrive 2 months after the download vers).

Their arrival date should be a minima on December 20, 2022 after 4 PM (GMT+1), on DLSite if possible. Otherwise, it will be possibly other websites (Vector? Their own website?), and it can be on the 21st, either very early in the morning, either after I come back from work (so not before 5:30 PM GMT+1 something like that)

Deadlines for 2022 for these 2 won't be applied due to schedule conflicts, but here they are:

- they will both be sharing the December 21 deadline.
- ROSE will have another deadline on October 17
- POPY's other deadline will be shared with Oniko's second deadline on December 25

If you want for her songs, you'll have to wait mid-2023.

Before coming to the albums, I learnt quite sad news, but there are high chances that the AI banks of Quadimension for Minus and Xingchen's sisters might never exist, since the SynthV Plus voicebanks were revealed to be technical demos not meant for commercial release, making them quite stuck with the standard voicebanks. This waiting for the AI voicebanks created the "cryogenic room plan", which was to get the standard voicebanks, put them in standby status (no songs nothing, they are just activated on the computer but that's it) and wait for the AI release to put them in the team for good.

With the recent announcements I'll have to switch to what I called... A C plan. Not even a B plan, a C plan.

The B plan was actually to learn Chinese, start making songs in Chinese and buy a Chinese VOCALOID to start working on Chinese songs so the vsqx could have been imported to SynthV as I usually do. I had called this "Hastur plan" because the VOCALOID that would have been selected to fill this plan up, I call her a bit "the yellow queen", and it was Mo Qingxian. Yellow queen, king in yellow, you understood the reference.

C plan is... Dictionary. That's why I called it "Necronomicon plan". This plan involves to use a dictionary that was created for standard voicebanks, and one is fitting the Quadimension voicebanks. This dictionary was made by irunabara, who did a version for Xingchen, her sisters and Minus, and another version for AiKO, another standard SynthV. This will permit the girls to sing in Japanese, maybe with a strong Chinese accent, but still to sing in Japanese. I was already impressed how producers like Circus-P managed to make sing Haiyi in English with quite well understandable lyrics, despite her only being able to sing in Chinese, so I think the Japanese dictionary of irunabara would be no issue.

Now: when will they enter in the team?

Minus and Xingchen sisters are considered as part of the team starting of this morning.

Here are the deadlines for them, but none for 2022 will be respected:

- Minus: September 10 only
- Cangqiong: May 20 and November 17
- Chiyu: November 26 and June 5 (deadline shared with GUMI, solo songs for both)
- Haiyi: July 22 only
- Shian: January 19* and October 26

* early 2023 deadline won't be done due to schedule issues. Minato's already an exception.

First albums where they'll start appear:

- all girls get a song (Xingchen sisters together and Minus in solo) in CD37 "Exquisite Corpse". These will be album only songs part of the main lore series.
- Cangqiong will start having solos in CD37.5, one public demo, one private song.
- Chiyu will start having her songs in CD38, same style as Cangqiong (a private and a public).
- Haiyi will start having her songs in CD38.5 along with the second half of July deadlines (a private and a public).
- Minus will have a private solo in CD37 - she takes a track that HARUKA was meant to have as solo, instead HARUKA shares SARAH's song. You'll get more explanations on this choice later.
- Shian either in CD39, CD39.5 or CD40 depending of the deadlines organization (a private and a public), along with October deadlines.

This makes for CD37, CD37.5 and CD38:

- CD37 has 30 songs now.
- CD37.5 has also 30 songs. POPY and ROSE will appear in this one.
- CD38 has 27 songs. Xia Yu Yao's songs have been moved there for now and this is the tracklist which will be more subject to evolution.

This makes the status for voicebanks:

- Minato: December 1, 2022 arrival
- POPY and ROSE: December 20, 2022 arrival (otherwise next day)
- COKO: January 24, 2023 arrival

- HARU: spring 2023 arrival
- Xia Yu Yao: very probably arrival in 2023, the time they finish the beta testing
- Minus, Cangqiong, Chiyu, Haiyi, Shian: part of the team starting of November 22, 2022 by using a CN/JP dictionary (and this until they get the idea to do real AI voicebanks if ever they do so!)

You might get some more Nynthilore posts this week by the way. Maybe related to what's been said above.

「PSYCHIC POWERS OF THE MUSICAL ISOTOPES」

Each of the five actually has a power, more or less psychic, but with both advantages and drawbacks.

KAFU: She can go into people's mental universes and explore them. She woke up as a blank slate, someone with no built in personality, and needs the one of the person working with her to develop herself. This is typically the big drawback of her power: since she is mentally virgin on first basis, she can finally fall onto a broken universe, thus shattering her mind and turn her psychotic. This is exactly what happened with Nynthixia, who already has serious mental issues.

SEKAI: She can watch the timelines of alternative universes. She stays out of them, as an outsider observer, but can choose a moment of the time she is looking at. She is just unable to travel within her own universe, thus unable to know her own future or the ones from the people who share the same dimension as her. Theorically, she could have seen Circeres without even noticing it. But she could also see things that could mentally affect her as well.

RIME: Unlike SEKAI, RIME is able to see the future of her own timeline, with the only limit of having no context whatsoever. She thus has only images of the future, without knowing what they mean neither when they will happen. Sometimes you know it's better to not know your own future... And clearly when you see yourself turned into a psychopath, this shows how much this is not a good idea.

COKO: Maybe the least psychic of all, but she has super strength and very acute senses, making her an extraordinary fighter. However, her predictions have limits. She is thus unable to predict someone with the syndrome for example.

HARU: She is strongly linked to emotions and knows how to read people's minds. Even if you lie with your feelings, she'll know immediately. Consider her as a sort of telepath who intercepts the thoughts of someone. She is just unable to do so for someone insane or diseased by the corruption, as she will only see darkness, pure black.

「ALSO RIME'S VISIONS ARE PRETTY SCARY」

Ever wondered which types of visions she got? Here are some with the dates:

- October 24: herself with empty eyes and pointing a knife
- October 30: Saki seeming to be troubled with something in front of a giant bonfire
- November 6: just HARU smiling to what seems to be her other split - at least this one is nice?
- November 9: Mai saying to voices to shut up - weirdly no one else in this vision
- November 10: Yu Yao running away - from what, we don't know
- November 13: 3 visions for this one. First one is a river turning into a red ocean (possibly of blood?). Second vision has Minato Futaba at the edge of this same sea then falling down into it. Third one is similar to the second one, but this time she saw herself as well a bit far away from Minato, with a shocked face

「VY1'S JEALOUSY ISSUES」

As much as you may know, VY1, since the second update of her engine, always got upgrades and stuff... Except that for this generation of the engine, she got nothing. Issue is that all the previous versions led VY1 to think she was pretty well favorized in the hearts of the ones maintaining her core data files, and seeing herself being untouched for this generation, especially the one bringing the V-type AIs to the public just enraged her.

Typically, remember when Itako and Zunko started attacking Kiritan because she had a C-type AI and they didn't have any at the time? Imagine this, but WORSE. Zunko was just psychotic with moderate degree 1 at psychological level, Itako psychopath with moderate degree 4 but her personality has turned into a sadistic but violent woman. VY1 is like Itako... But with the manipulative side instead. So very dangerous for anyone else. She wouldn't hesitate to manipulate others in order to do her jealous deeds. And of course, since jealousy is a negative feeling, imagine the nightmare.

The only way to calm her down would be her creators giving her a V-type AI. And weirdly enough, Kaori doesn't have this type of jealousy at all. To the point she even resisted an attempt of VY1 to manipulate her. We're talking of a woman who resisted the syndrome one year before her symptoms declaration when it was trying to overtake her for good.

Big issue however, with the other persons with V-type AIs coming very soon, there are chances that if nothing is done, VY1 will have way more victims on her count than anyone else...

「THE SYNDROME OF TWINS」

You might know a story of twins. Did you ever hear any stories about some twins, especially when one got a terrifying experience, the other one would feel it as well? No one knows exactly how twins establish this kind of connection, but keep in mind: in our reality, this kind of thing may happen. It can be rare, but it can happen. And still today we have no idea why.

Well Ami and Yumi it's kind of the same thing. It seems they have a connection, and when one feels pain the other, no matter her initial mental state, does feel it as well.

Just keep this in mind.

It's official: Image-Line published the RC1 of FL Studio 21. Which means they released a version that can be used without too much major issues. FL 20 it's over from now on. Like I said, since VOCALOID6 was the one which changed the season, I won't change seasons with FL 21. But if V6 didn't exist yet... Well today would have been the day I'd have said "bye bye" to season 5.

Every song produced after November 18, 2022 (the most recent one I did is the deadlined song for February 22, 2023) will be done on FL Studio 21. This will include BOTH of the public demos for Minato Futaba (for technical reasons as you might guess).

I think you might have noticed it, but I published a Nynthilore post yesterday. The D series started! They might be a bit shorter, but keep them in mind, because you'll need them to understand the future songs of the main lore series. And there is a post that helps for 2 already released songs too.

As for voicebanks, Minato has been pre-ordered Sunday evening. Finally glad to see a company doing this kind of pre-orders on DLSite.
Change for her deadlines: it will be January 13 and February 2. Forget the December 2 deadline. It's February 2. These deadlines will be active, but you'll have serious differences in the terms of softwares and of identification codes.

For the next few days, the next public demos you'll get being for December 1 (a song about a roguelite for KAFU and a yandere song for Qing Su, won't say more), you'll get some Nynthilore posts during this last half of November. There will also be a very, very big real-time updated post as well that will help you for... Almost every song.

「BIOLOGICALLY SPEAKING...」

Corruption syndrome seems to have its own consciousness in some way. It will force infected people to corrupt other people around them. Meaning if someone of your surroundings is infected, you will have many chances to be infected as well. Not everyone is equal face to it though, there are predispositions that can force more an infected person to infect someone else.

Some mecanisms to know.

First, infecting someone by introducing infected fluid in the brain is the surest method to infect them the most quickly possible. Reach central nervous system, either by the neck either by the center of the back where the vertebral column is, and you can be sure your victim will declare symptoms within seconds.

Once you touched black fluid, you are infected. This thing will penetrate the skin. It has the "power" to do so. Causing a wound near the place the fluid is penetrating the skin will only accelerate the process.

If you get infected, don't panic. This will reduce the chances to declare symptoms immediately. Panicking is really the worst thing to do. The syndrome is searching for you to have negative emotions. Don't give it what it wants.

The first thing the infected fluid will do is reach your brain and corrupt it. Some people will get infected pretty quickly, some others will try resisting, or even... Forget about the infection. It can happen. But it helped in the past. Another part of the fluid will go through some cells of your body and "trigger" in some way the production of a target that is created by changing some DNA to the victim. Once this change is done, you are considered as completely infected. Mai arrived. For free. I was expecting her actually to release today since tomorrow is a holiday. She is now installed on the comp.

Mai's deadline will be shared with Xia Yu Yao, and will be on November 10. The one for 2022 won't be respected sadly, so the first public demo song you'll get with her is on 2023.

Speaking of Xia Yu Yao, seeing the message about the beta, I sadly don't expect her to release before best of cases on December, worst of cases on January. Which actually puts me in the situation where her tracks initially intended for "Exquisite Corpse" (CD37) have been traded with Mai's tracks and will be on CD37.5 instead (this one has no name yet).

CD37 is still in production, produced one track yesterday evening, should go back to production tomorrow to not lose too much time.

Sometimes it's better to not know what your future is about, especially when there are very bad news about it.

Part of the Corruption series/main lore series. It's been a while there wasn't a public one right?
OK how do I explain this one. You know most of the songs of these series are infection scenes songs, but from the point of view of the victim. Here I decided to take the point of view of infectors. This song, typically, is to link to "Bad Air" (the one that Sora has), "When Flowers Are Falling" (the one for Rikka and Karin) and "Erratic" (the one Chis-A has), because it's the reverse PoV of those three.
