OK so the buyings are quite over so I'm announcing the new materials that came for season 5. Some are a bit minor, some others are really important.

1) the three new packages from Glitchmachines are here!

... At least 2 out of the 3, the reseller where I got the packs has an issue with the third archive (probably a wrong version because it contains very few sub-folders), awaiting for the support to answer and try to fix the thing. These are typically the three impact sample packs released this year.

2) finally the 3 Leviathan sample packs!

Even if I should have waited one more day to buy it because they did a reduction on the reduction (yes, this really happened) - but these are massive sample packs with a bit everything in it.

3) new little free instruments...

Ancient Voices, Simple Flute, AURORROR, Ivory Winds and Haunted Choir. All are freebies. However for the ones who may know this, these are all libraries for the full Kontakt version so...

4) Komplete Ultimate has come!

And I got it for very expensive, all of this because Native Instruments decided to not put a sale on Komplete editions... So I got for €1135... In physical version at a shop in my department (NI is selling it at €1199).

I though bought Arkhis for half price on the NI online shop (about €100). Because it's not included.

This took me more than one day to fully install all libraries... But tonight, here I am with all of them. And we're going to have fun! Actually, already had fun for two private songs with the 2 new members.

So yeah, this is the most expensive Black Friday of my life, it cost me a whole month of salary of my job of this year... But I'm glad. Now I'll have plenty things to do with all of this.

Even if it quite hurts for the Komplete, I could have it for half price but they decided to not cut the price for them this year, well too bad...

Guess there won't be other buyings for production for a long moment.

Remember: next public song with Stella on December 11, then with IA on December 20, followed by a trio Akari/Yukari/CUL on December 22 and last public song for this year: one with Oniko for Christmas!

Did some upgrades and updates yesterday, at the same time as working for the album to be released on Saturday.

1) Neutron Elements

Upgraded to Neutron 3 Elements, yay! I've been waiting for a deal to update it either for free either for not too expensive, and I did it for... Less than €4 by buying a presets pack. So all songs from now on (Nov 5, 2020) will be using Neutron 3 Elements instead of Neutron Elements (the legacy ver). For you, it shouldn't change a lot for now.

2) FL upgrade!

Image-Line decided for Black Friday to make an offer with a personalized price for updating to a FL version with all plugins included, only the FL vers though, especially directed to the people who only work on FL (a bit my case...). By adding taxes I got it for only €132. So add Ogun, Drumaxx, Transient Processor... Thinking this is only the new start of a "new era". The part 2.

And there will be a part 3, but later this month. Surprise!

Question is: "Nynthixia, if you upgraded your FL, does that mean you'll have to change seasons again?"

Answer is "no".

- season 5 is way too short, remember it only started on August, it only has 1 album (soon 2). Even in the future season 5 is meant to be a short season because when the next version of FL Studio (in terms of numbers, so either 21, 22 or 23 depending of "how they want to do") will be released, I'll have to change seasons. We already almost switched to season 5 with FLEX, but since FLEX was integrated within FL20, the season stayed the same.
- technically, when I go on the "About" tab of FL, even when you unlock the "all plugins edition" (not "bundle", "edition", that's how Image-Line distinguishes the ver with VST vers and the one without) it's still displayed as "Signature Bundle". Estimate that it's like if I had just done purchases for Ogun, Transient Processor and Drumaxx. Within season 3, there were already major synth changes, like the trio Sakura/Sawer/Transistor Bass, or Morphine/PoiZone/Toxic Biohazard...
- season 5 is thus meant to be a transition season towards the new FL ver. Season 5 is a season of huge progressive updates, like season 3, while season 4 had especially one (FLEX), season 1 none and season 2... I had just decided to use Sytrus on December instead of October 2015. So technically I still had Sytrus since start of season 2, I just started to use it way later, the time to learn how to use FL correctly.

Remember next dates:

- Saturday the 7th, album release
- and in a week, public song with Sayu - tip: it's an Azur Lane series song
- way later in the week, there will be another major upgrade
