Kisaragi Tsuina confirmed for download soon!

Since the date is approaching I might tell you now... If you followed the nynthilore posts, you might have noticed Tsuina-chan was part of the possible future voicebanks... She is coming out for November 26th.

I confirm you this will also be the date I'll grab her... In download version

That might seem surprising to say in download version when a package exists but the issue is with SynthV voicebanks that BOTH have a standard and an AI version, the package's price corresponds to the price of a starter pack. So twice the usual price of the voicebank.
In other words, take Tsuina AI in download and pay 9,680 yen (~€75). Take her package version that always has to contain both of her versions, you're at 16,280 yen (~€135) with AHS user discount. That's a lot.
Add to this shipping, VAT and importation taxes. Knowing that for France VAT is 20% of the price.
This buying scheme will also apply to Karin and Chifuyu when they'll get released. Same for Rikka when she'll come at the same time as Karin.
This might not apply for ROSA however (she has no standard voicebank intended).
This also doesn't apply for future CeVIO voicebanks such as Itako or Zunko. (This might for SEKAI though)

Tsuina has high chances to be bought on Vector Shop once she'll be released.

For info, she'll be tagged in artist tag and on the blog as "Kisaragi Tsuina". I think this is doing more serious than just "Tsuina-chan". Yeah, the "Tsuina-chan" is cute, but if I wanted her real name, here it is. NynthiDB should also tag her as "Kisaragi Tsuina" soon.

Her deadlines are September 8th and February 3rd.

This second deadline is as such the first one you'll get. I'm still thinking about the idea to get her a private track in the album I'm producing right now.

Production info

I just have to do the booklet and the certificates left for CD32.5. CD33 will soon be passing the album status even if tracks were finished a while ago. CD33.5 has 3 tracks ready, the public ones deadlined for December 20th and 22nd. I tested IA AI and... Wow, that changes. So hope you'll open her your arms next month!

License info

I'm aware since few months already but the license ticket information will evolve for 2022.

The songs that were produced before December 2021 and that will be published before 2022: they will have license tickets on the external website as the usual. The version of their license will be 19.0.

The songs that were produced before December 2021 and that will be published after 2022: these will have separate documentation in their archives with the license ticket. The format will be evolving. The version of their license will be 19.0.

The songs that were produced on December 2021 and later and that will always be published after 2022: license ticket in the archives as well (separate document). The version of their license will be 20.0 beta if the songs were produced on December, and under 20.0 (full release) if they were produced on 2022.

This doesn't change for album versions (album certificate + private tracks certificates). Just certificates will have the new format. License applied will be the one used at the time of the file creation.
Before December 1, 2021: 19.0
December 1, 2021-December 31, 2021: 20.0 beta
January 1, 2022 and after: 20.0

Be aware starting from December 1, 2021 the license version 18.0 will become unsupported.
If ever you want to cover, remix this song and you want to apply the license, please apply either 19.0 either 20.0 (prefer most recent version ; 20.0 will be appliable by everyone on January 1, 2022). Keep in mind if older license versions support the more recent ones, the reverse way doesn't work... Other reminder: CS licenses are NOT CC ones - some of the license terms are very different!

Will the version number affect the usage? Not for the one I'm using (BY-NC-SA). 20.0 is mainly integrating a new type of license I won't be using under this project, it's its main change, but otherwise most of other licenses remain unchanged.
