We don't know what she really is. She is either a human, either a humanoid. There are many doubts about her identity right now. However, we do know other stuff about her. The original Reml was born in the 1990s, when the golem ones were created in the late 2000s. Also the original Reml is quite... Ruthless, violent. And the reason why the golem Nynthixia received also got the same temperament is just because the reason of Reml's behavior seems to be in her genes, and during the experiments, they didn't get repressed correctly unlike for some other experiments. So we can have REMLs that have the personality of the initial one, or a more neutral personality. Human cloning is quite complex... Another thing. We don't know if she is still held captive as a DNA source for building other golems, or if she is free, some samples of her body being reproduced in laboratory. Different dimensions, different morals.
