Among all the games that went with my younger years, the series of the Dream Chronicles is one of them. Took the storyline of the three first games.
Typically, you play as a human woman called Faye, married to a male fairy called Fidget. Both had a daughter called Lyra. Faye must face Lilith, the fairy of dreams, who kidnapped her husband and her daughter in the first game, so Faye will try to stop Lilith until she gets imprisoned by the latter. In the second game, she manages to find back Fidget and to wake him up by breaking a spell Lilith casted on him. In the third game, she finally finds Lyra and gets the explanation for all what happened. First, Lilith wanted Fidget because marrying him would grant her the power of having a total control over the dreams of mortals. Then, she learnt that the Dream Librarian, thinking Lyra is the Chosen Child, must become the new ruler of the fairy kingdom. Thing that seems totally insane to both Faye and Lilith, Lyra only being a child. Hence why Lilith organized all this little mess... And the song is from her point of view. Sometimes talking to Fidget, sometimes to Faye.
Music: weirdly went for a trance-like track. Pad by Eclipse, shimmers by Orbit, arp pad by Elysium, lead by Utopia and atmo by Lunaris.
