This song is part of the Corruption series/main lore series.
Background: not sure if you know this but Itako and Kanon are actually voiced by the same person. Just with a bit different singing styles and different recordings.
Story: due to Itako and Kanon sharing parts of their file, even though the two are totally unrelated, Itako thought that Kanon would at some point replace her. Fear that has no true root since 1) it's also the case between Meiji, Bibi and Wistaria (especially Bibi and Meiji!) and 2) Itako is here since 2015 along with her sisters so why the hell should she feel abandoned. So it's some kind of question/answer song between a Kanon Yamada that tries understanding what is going on after being told about all the "things" the girls are doing, and a terrified Itako that gets a bit paranoid over Kanon. Hence her infecting Kanon... But not the three other singers of the unit. Thanks to a certain other fox girl with superhuman strength if you see what I mean... Because to stop another fox girl...
ALSO notice how Itako's voice is a bit distorted, since it's her corrupted self talking.
used Kanon 1.0 (rendered in VoiSona) and Itako 2.0 (rendered in CeVIO AI). Since I updated Itako and Kanon is solo singing. When I use Kanon's 2.0 in solo... Results are... Off pitch for some reason.
Music: lots of Asian music instruments, very reminiscent of the style used for Itako's song "Over-Protect" if you remember the album "Destruction". Atmo by Lunaris, pad by Jade Ethnic Orchestra, leads by East Asia and Koto Nation (a different koto per girl), flute by Ireland and bridge shakuhachi by Jade Ethnic Orchestra.
