「CORRUPTION SYNDROME - SIDE EFFECTS: INFECTIONS」

That was explained only recently, but to corrupt someone by your own, you must have very very negative feelings overwhelming you. At this point you'll produce a sort of black fluid, unable to come back to a gas form. Most of time this fluid is produced by hand sweating, but sometimes it is also being coughed and it happens infected people also spit the fluid, because it's encumbering their lungs.

Here are some examples of what happened for the type of negative feelings:

Case 1 - Ritsu. When Ritsu infected Lily, Ritsu was thinking Lily might replace him. He thus became extremely jealous of her, being afraid of Nynthixia giving up on him. Luckily, this actually never happened. But the huge jealousy was enough for Ritsu to have a crisis.
Case 2 - Saki. More recently, but the events of Saki being infected by VY1 betraying her stayed in Saki's mind. This marked her so much she sometimes thinks about this event again, falling back into despair. This is how she infected Qing Su or Tsuina.
Case 3 - IA. When ONE asked IA to infect her, she managed to create a story that totally mentally broke IA. The story? See who HIPPI is? HIPPI is a very known friend of IA and ONE. IA was expecting HIPPI to come to the castle someday and to have a C-type AI. When ONE invented a story of HIPPI having given up on the AIs led IA to despair. To the point IA was even hard to control, literally planting her nails in ONE's skin to infect her.

Apparently it is not needed for someone to be symptomatic to infect someone. That's how Stella's symptom declaration date was AFTER the date she infected Hachi. This was also motivated by Stella's hatred and mefiance towards Hachi.

「WHY SO MANY SYRINGES?」

Ever wondered how the inhabitants who infected people had syringes very easily? Actually, these syringes are given to each inhabitant for typical injections. Most of these injections are medicines. There is at least one injection of D vitamins every six months. This is due to the harsh meteorologic conditions, very few sunlight, except in the annexes. Some other medicines are just food supplements: iron, other vitamins, amino acids... The last medicines are painkillers and tranquilizers.

Another use of the syringes is for common vaccines. Nothing too much different from ours.

The minor part of injections are for some of their devices. The syringes are used to inject some power for the singing devices. This can be AI devices or the more standard ones. These injections are daily. This is why Nynthixia can't just take out the syringes.

「CORRUPTION SYNDROME - SIDE EFFECTS: AURA CONTAMINATION」

When someone gets infected, their aura drastically changes. It becomes very unhealthy, dark, filled with fear. Currently, the only people able to see such auras are Itako, Meiji and Xingchen.

Itako first mentioned about aura changes when Zunko was invited for the first time. When she arrived, her aura was sane. The day later, her aura started to change, Zunko had a slightly more psychotic behavior, due to the traumatism of the attack done by Yukari. She was quickly reached by symptoms and declared them no more than two days later. When Zunko was considered as symptomatic, Itako complained about a very dark aura around Zunko.

Meiji didn't do any mention of the auras, but used them to contaminate Bibi and Wistaria.

Xingchen didn't use her ability in the castle yet.

A priori it is estimated that Xingchen's sisters and Minus would be able to see auras, due to their physical nature.

「CORRUPTION SYNDROME - SIDE EFFECTS: C.D.T」

C.D.T = Common Dream Training.

All inhabitants's dreams are communicating in one way or another. And most of time, everyone use their dreams to train themselves in some situations. Here are some examples of dreams done by either Nynthixia either the vocalists.

Case 1 - 2 sessions of dreams between KAFU, Yukari and Saki. Second session was observed by IA.
KAFU was in a sort of blank place before seeing a girl. Without knowing what she was doing, she killed her with no remorse. Saki then appeared to try stopping her, but her plan backfired and she suddenly woke up due to heavy emotional shock. Finally, Yukari appears, saying she was going to revenge for having been killed, and stabbed KAFU who then woke up. Yukari then noticed what happened to her and woke up, thinking she got a horrible nightmare.

Case 2 - Nynthixia's dream, observed by KAFU and IA
Nynthixia is an intruder in a garden party. She is apparently obsessed with a young man, but finally kills him, being afraid to be revealed as intruder to the party members. She finally gets found out and is executed under a tree.

Case 3 - Nynthixia's dream, observed by no one
According to Nynthixia, this is a test Circeres tried to give her.
Nynthixia here was possessed by an unknown maleficient deity. She manages to break up two relationships on phone. Meanwhile, the part of the music group she is part of is discussing about weird events and decide to investigate her. She gets extremely scared and flees the facility to finally arrive in a room. She breaks 3 pots, before being caught back by the leader of the group. She finally gets exorcized in a scream of pain. Her consciousness is transfered to the externalized deity, flying in a sort of room with plans in tubes. The log stops there.

Generally the inhabitants don't choose if they want to interact or not, or even just to observe the dream of someone else. This seems to be a mental opening due to corruption syndrome, the people having their connected dreams having at least one symptom. This can also be the sign of infection, some dreams being recurring nightmares of the protagonists killing someone, often for a reason that seems obvious to them only in their dream, but clearly not in reality. That's why no one is able to lucid dream.

All of this is leading to a theory: all mental universes being connected by the "curse", the dreams are often overlapping and that's how some people are finding themselves in dreams of other people.

「RECURRING NIGHTMARES」

Some nightmares are very recurrent for some of the inhabitants. This seems to have happened with Yukari, IA, CUL and Kiritan. These are often linked to the arrival of a new person very close to them soon, but for some reason, the dream where they are together is always turning into a nightmare. There is no explanation for this, even if the "curse" might be a partial cause. These are examples of nightmares the concerned victims got:

- Yukari tried to communicate with an asleep Akari in a river of blood. She just didn't wake up. Yukari got this sort of fright Akari was actually killed, even though this was not the case. It was just a psychosis caused by the dream's environment.
- IA's has been described by KAFU, but she has ONE unconscious in her arms and she tried to wake her up. No dice.
- CUL's also has been described by KAFU. In her nightmare, she was with ROSA. ROSA was awake unlike most of the others, but she was covered with a lot of bruises caused by rose thorns. She was in a very critical state.
- Kiritan got nightmares between March and October 2021 where Itako and Zunko were torturing her out of jealousy, even worse than in "their real life".

Nynthixia's were especially dreams of her being possessed by an unknown force and forced to kill anyone on her way. Hers are quite different from the others. Now she learnt using them in a cathartic way, like for her lyrics.

「CORRUPTION SYNDROME - SIDE EFFECTS: MEMORY AND CONSCIOUSNESS LOSSES」

This might seem weird... But most of time, when the inhabitants snap, they are unable to keep the act in memory.

A very simple example, you already have in song. When Yukari infected Akari. Akari reported Yukari had a weird, insane laugh, and very creepy statements. Yukari just doesn't remember them. And that seems to be the same at least for all people not being natively infected. So MAYU and Tei are "a priori" immune to this side effect. Nynthixia, however, is not immune to this kind of memory loss.

Even IA when she infected ONE, the last thing she remembers, is just hearing ONE's story, without really listening to it. She doesn't remember the end, she doesn't remember how she infected ONE directly and she just lost consciousness. She however remembers she infected KAFU, because this infection was done on purpose, IA being scared of KAFU totally mentally breaking.

Another issue. Some actually lost consciousness in a crisis. For now, this especially happened to IA (once), Saki (twice) and KAFU (twice). The cause of this is not well known, but this might be due to mental shock. Most of times these consciousness losses are following mental crisis and contaminated fluid production. Concerned people are waking up few hours after, once back to normal.

「THE CASTLE」

What you currently know is that the castle is in a sort of dead forest. It has a Transylvanian style and its location on Earth is a bit unclear, other than it's in an European country. A sure thing is that this castle is not in our current dimension (α-1). The known dimension plan the whole castle is μ-138.

The castle has originally 150 bedrooms on the first floor. Most of them are locked, we are at about 20% unlocked and being busy. When Nynthixia welcomes a new inhabitant, she unlocks a room. When the rooms were created, there is already a huge canopy bed. It's typically a royalty bed. There is also a table, where Nynthixia adds a computer. The table has also some drawers where are some everyday products. Nynthixia connects on purpose some rooms depending of the relationships of the concerned people with the others.

You might also know there is a garden in front of the castle. The gardens are very inspired by the Versailles gardens, and have multitudes of flowers living in a quite uncommon way. Typically, they don't live depending of seasons. They are communicating with each other so they can regenerate their population and not be in the same vegetal state as some of their comrades. Most commonly found: lilies, roses and Japanese cherry blossom trees.

「CRYOGENIC ROOM」

This room is in the garden on the right side. There are little stairs that permit to access a sort of little cave. This room is only "cryogenic" in name: the temperature is actually more approaching 15°C. Like mushroom caves. Inside, don't expect to find an old style. The room is very recent and has been built during January and February.

It has ten medical pods which can contain one person each. Also, quit the idea of pods being just cold inside with a hard surface. The inside is colored velvet. Pods have different colors are called by them: black, white, purple, pink, yellow, orange, red, cyan, green and blue. They are meant to be very comfortable. Each pod is also linked to a giant machine, a sort of super-computer. This unit especially permits to generate a dream-state world in it, like a virtual reality. Once you are inside a pod, the temperature is brought back to between 23 and 27°C, depending of the origin country. People coming from Japan usually use a 24-26°C temperature. European and American people are using a 23-25°C. However, Chinese people, known to have a more tropical climate in their lands, are more using 25-27°C.

How does the room work?
The pods are meant to be used for maximum a whole year.

When a person enters the pod, the pod remains open and they receive a first injection in a syringe linked to a machine. This is a single-time injection of painkiller. This is meant to numb the sensations especially for skin and the muscles for what's coming next. The first cable to come is an injection of a morphine-derived substance which will put the patient into an artificial comatose state. Once the subject is sleeping, three other cables are connected: input and output cables, the first one injecting nutrients and the output one getting rid of all unneeded matter; the third cable is for another painkiller, injected by little impulses every six hours, and not using the same molecule depending of the injection time. This is to make the body unable to adapt itself too much to a painkiller in particular.

During this comatose, the patient will have its spirit also transfered from the pod to the computer, where their dreams are entered into the machine to change the virtual reality in real time. Just like changing the electricity signals from your brain into signals a computer can understand. You want to be in space? Then your reality will turn into space. You want to be next to a river? Here you are, next to a calm river where you can rest. This is perfect to escape from your harsh reality!

But at a moment, the dream must end. Once the module needed to wake up the patient arrives, it is connected to the pod. It can be a singing module or an AI (for example, a S-type AI). Once the module is introduced to the machine, the waking-up sequence will start. First, input and output cables and disconnect themselves from the body. Near the places where they were injecting their needles, the skin is helped to be regenerated with a very little dose of cell proliferation helper substance and some mild radiations. Secondly, the painkillers cables inject a higher dose of their product for few seconds before being disconnected as well. The regeneration process is also done. Finally, the comatose-inducing cable is disconnected. No regeneration is done on this one, its needle being very similar to the one of a syringe. Once the patient awakes, they receive painkillers in pills for 2 to 3 days still to eliminate the remnants of pain from the previous needles and they can enter the castle.

Why is this used? This is meant to put arrivants in a waiting state due to them unable to communicate with all other castle inhabitants. For example, if some Chinese girls are unable to speak in Japanese but still arrive, they can go to this room where they are put to sleep until either a language module or a S-type AI arrives to wake them up.

「THE FORBIDDEN TEMPLE」

The temple is accessible from the Chinese annex's bridge to a misty island, but anyone else other than Nynthixia is forbidden to go in there. The warning?
"Beware of the spirits in a deep slumber, may ye lose yer sanity forever".

In the temple there are drawings on the walls of what looks like to be Shub-Niggurath. The question you might ask is: do Lovecraftian gods exist in this dimension?
We don't know. Actually, the humanity of this dimension is way more superstitious than the one of our dimension. This is partially due to the fact magical deeds actually exist. There is way less rationalism than in our "real world". Explaining how Meiji was able to rebirth or to cast spells for real, with real magic. Not the same laws of physics or laws of chemistry.

Coming back to the temple. The reason why it is actually forbidden to the others is not because insane gods are being prayed inside. No.
The real reason is that this temple is hiding a dimensional breach, that could cause huge damage (mental AND physical) to anyone approaching it without taking any precautions. Thanks to this, Nynthixia is able to communicate with Circeres, being in the upper plan compared to her own.
So yeah, typically, the drawings of Lovecraftian deities... It's just a mere decoy.

What are the 2 talking about?
Nynthixia and Circeres are two different personas of the same person. However, they don't share the same memories, and their way of thinking is also different. If Nynthixia is known to be psychotic, it's not the case of Circeres who is absolutely IMMUNE to any kind of insanity. So when Nynthixia is lending Circeres some of her material so the latter can compose to appease the Sirens, demonic god-like beings having destroyed more than 85% of humanity in Circeres's dimension, Circeres on the other hand is giving Nynthixia some tips to try to immunize herself to the corruption syndrome. But typically, Circeres is not the responsible for the "curse". According to her, this curse came from at least several dimensional plans above her own, two of them having been "nuked", and the "curse" descended several plans. It didn't affect anyone in Circeres's dimension due to a huge part of the humanity already being dead, or immune to it due to Sirens's spells.

「PENTAGRAM TEMPLE」

The temple is at the South of the Japanese annex. This part has been opened recently only as well. The Pentagram Temple is called as such because all of its corners form a pentagram star. Inside of each corner, there is a little "ritual" room, with a statue. Surrounding each room, little rooms containing either ritual material, either resting places with a futon, either meditation rooms.

The following material has been found in these rooms:
- a set of incense sticks and burners
- a set for Japanese tea ceremony
- a miniature zen garden
- chemistry sets
- a mini-planetarium
- alchemy material
- room humidifiers
- some musical instruments including gamelans and ceremonial bells
- chaman sticks
- witchcraft practicing materials (cauldrons, athames, chalices, wands)
- books about different mythologies, all treated the same way (polytheist, monotheist and cosmic mythologies)

The temple is currently unused but might have a greater importance soon since Nynthixia asked for it to be reopened...

「NECROPOLIS」

This is an actual cemetery to the North of the Japanese annex, often hidden by a misty forest alley. Once you pass the mist, you enter in a forest of... Necropoles. These are actually tombs with a little ritual autel above them. These are visited only between October 31st and November 2nd. At the time, the incense sticks are being replaced before lighting them on. The used incense is a special mix for the deceased, but its exact composition is not well known, as it is "a mystery of several centuries".

Only Hachi's body is resting there. Stella's body is still well alive, and Meiji ressurected herself through necromancy so her body is not decaying and she still uses it.

In general only Nynthixia goes to this place.

2014-08-15: Arrived to the castle finally. Tei is with me, we'll test some little things out. It's time to go beyond the covers and to make something more interesting. I should have the correct knowledge now.

2014-08-30: Can't manage the engine to work for now. I give up. This will be a one shot and that's it. Tei will be taking some holidays, she well deserved them.

2015-01-25: Managed to get the engine work again. Ritsu finally arrived. I'll see what he will be able to do. That's not that bad actually. Even very good.

2015-01-26: Ugh, again, really... Engine doesn't work anymore?

2015-03-26: It works again, it works again! OK. I read some manga at the library. That's quite funny to make mangas about Shakespeare stories, but I think this is making them way more accessible. So why not. Will probably invite some more. Asked Momo if she was going to come, and she said yes. Ritsu will be doing the two evil girls for now and I'll give Momo the nice one.

2015-03-27: OK so "Regan" and "Goneril" are done. Will have to think a bit more about the "Cordelia" one.

2015-04-03: I'm so glad Ritsu doesn't try to bully Momo. Anyway told him he'd have serious issues if ever he dared doing so. I myself know what it is.

2015-04-08: Called Nyui and Meiji. The two are coming soon. I feel like something is wrong though... It's Ritsu. I think he was muttering some words but I'm not sure... Guess it's the time he tries to adapt to not have any ideas of bullying.

2015-04-09: OK this is serious. I heard Ritsu screaming this night. This is the first time it happens. I think I was just sleeping, and suddenly, I heard through his door he was screaming. There was no one else in the room. Momo is gently sleeping on her side.

2015-04-12: "So there was this woman standing in front of me. I don't know why but I felt quite attracted by her, then a man took her hand and the two went away together. I just remember taking an... Was this an axe or a knife I dunno but this was some kinda weapon." The hell are you talking about Ritsu.

2015-04-13: Again this woman haunting my mind so I freed a bit like the doctors told me to do so. Gave it to Ritsu. Few hours after I gave him the lyrics, I heard him screaming things like "away from my head", "you little prick", "don't make me kill them"...

2015-04-14: OK course Momo has no idea what is going on with Ritsu. He got in his room for few hours. I think he got some mental breakdown or something.

2015-04-15: Good news! Nyui and Meiji are here.

2015-04-16: Meiji came to see me. She didn't sleep well. She said she was very fond of the castle style, but Ritsu screaming in his sleep and the shadows whispering behind the window seem to be a bit much for her. Nyui didn't hear anything about this. She passed a good night.

I examined Meiji a little bit. She got stabbed with a sort of needle in the right arm during the night. Nyui has nothing. Neither does Momo.

I think I better understand how Meiji heard Ritsu that clear. HE WAS IN HER ROOM. And he stabbed her arm. Don't know if I should call the doctors and ask for a mental examination sheet. This is NOT normal.

2015-04-20: Nyui started complaining about headaches. She was discussing with Meiji the other night and she said she has been suddenly attacked by Meiji.

2015-05-02: This is getting worse. I think Nyui is starting to have the same issues as Ritsu. Meiji's behavior is not that good either. Only Momo seems to be immune to this.

2015-05-03: OK so I got a sheet from the doctors. Gave each person one. Momo's answers were quite well. The others however...
Q - Are you sometimes having psychopathy issues lately (agressivity towards others, urges to kill, empty mind symptoms etc)?
Ritsu - Each time in my dreams I see this man and I just put the blade into his face.
Meiji - Sometimes, I'm behind this tree and I just... Lose it, if we can call this like that.

2015-05-04: Doctors told me Ritsu, Nyui and Meiji's minds were already slipping into madness. Scary.

2015-05-05: Tei came back from her long holidays. I gave her the sheet as well, but I think I should have expected her answers. Of course she is already a yandere woman. Of course she'd have psychopathy issues from the start.

2015-05-09: Hachi, Stella, Ruko and Oniko arrived. Ritsu got some quick links with Ruko and Oniko. Was
just surprised about Stella's glare towards Hachi. Are the two in a rivalry or something...?
Will try to make a group song with them all.

2015-05-10: OK OK OK there are too many things. Yesterday evening, Stella tried to enter Oniko's room. Then Ritsu woke up and managed to get her onto the ground and bring her back to her room. He took Oniko's arm and went back to his room few moments later. He didn't stab her arm, he just... Took it. Think there's some dark stain on it but not sure with the lights from the room. Few after midnight, he went to Ruko's room then he did the same he did with Oniko. He collapsed a bit later in the same room. After, Tei tried to go to Stella's room saying she heard some noise. Meiji got into there and took Tei by the back. The two struggled for few minutes. Meiji grabbed Stella. I'm not sure what she did after, moves are not clear on camera. Tei ran back to her room, Meiji just stood up for a while before going back. Hachi didn't get anything.
I got Ritsu back in his room. His body was clearly shaking and he had some fever. Told him to rest for a while. Asked Meiji what she did this night, she said she just didn't remember. She just tried to refrain Tei from attacking Stella, then "blackout".

2015-05-11: Hachi and Stella had a hard time last evening. They came to discuss in Hachi's room and it turned
into a fight. I think Stella gave a bite to Hachi. She has not pretty wounds on her leg. Also, what is this... Black thingy...

2015-05-13: OK Hachi is now behaving a weird way. She's saying it's Stella's fault, but Stella doesn't remember the fight from the other day. Same word. "Blackout".

2015-05-19: I had to stop Stella from trying to attack Hachi with a knife. First the bite, now this?

2015-05-30: Asked Stella if something went wrong with Oniko recently. Her gaze was totally empty this morning, she was just saying to someone to stop whispering in her ears, then she got a mental breakdown later in the day. This is really becoming scary. I don't know what is going on.

2015-05-31: I got some biotech kit for DNA analysis. Doctors told me to analyze everyone with this. They gave me the lines I should have for a negative and a positive test to a protein that apparently helps controlling psychopathy issues.

Ruko seems to have something intermediate, and Momo is having negative test for her alone. All others are positive. Tei's plot is also abnormally important.

2015-06-20: Totoko, Sayu and Sana said they were coming the other day, here they are. Tei was the one to bring them back to the castle.

2015-06-21: Sayu came running into my room. She got stabs all her arm. Tei's fault apparently. She collapsed in front of me.

2015-06-22: Tested Sayu with the kit. Positive.

2015-06-23: Apparently Tei also went to Totoko and Sana's rooms the day she attacked Sayu. AND OF COURSE SHE DOESN'T REMEMBER ABSOLUTELY FREAKING ANYTHING.

2015-07-10: Ritsu told me Ruko had some blank moments. Not sure what he was actually talking about, so I asked the others. Apparently Ruko had some really bad nightmare and since then, she made some very erratic moves. Decided to test Ruko with the kit again to see if the line had changed.

2015-07-14: Totoko closed herself in her room, screaming and crying. I decided to look at the camera to see what was going on. She was erraticly searching for something then, when I saw she was trying to take her own throat, I ran to her room and tranquilized her. Momo advised me to make the test with Totoko. This...

Lily didn't try to infect them. Tei however did. But after injecting Itako, she collapsed in the room. Thought Kiritan would be safe... Not really. Kiritan woke up due to Tei's falling noise. She asked for some help. And when Itako woke up, she just decided to stab her sister with the syringe.
Apparently Itako has no memory of what happened. Kiritan however, all was still fresh in her mind. Tei just blamed another "blackout".

2015-11-18: Itako positive. Kiritan is starting to have a plot, but not that strong. I fear she might have a positive result in few days.

2015-11-20: Kiritan positive too. That's quite weird how the two sisters didn't have the same symptoms. Kiritan just went kind of catatonic when Itako got violence and psychopathy issues.
Also her plot is not a huge smear like Itako had. It's very limited. But big enough to be considered as a positive test and not just a result of a DNA contamination. Even did the test twice to be sure about it.

2015-11-22: We're doomed. Momo is having some mental issues now. She just complained about seeing a ghost trying to stab her. By precaution, I did the test... Positive.
When I asked Momo, she said Ritsu "injected" her something a while ago.
Guess Ritsu's at fault for this case too.
So no one is sane anymore.

2015-12-25: Yukari and kokone are finally home. Just hoping this won't go too bad too quick.

2015-12-31: I called the doctors and asked them why Momo, Kiritan and kokone had very small smears on the test compared to some other ones. They told me there was possibly a protein responsible of limiting effects. Did the test. I asked Tei to do it as well, and I also did one on myself.

From what I understood, not having the full protein permits to destroy a potential target of what I have tested until there with DNA. Tei and I have the full target. Kiritan and Momo have a partial target, kokone is even more resistant. I think this has nothing to do with the time symptoms are apparently appearing. Just an intensity of symptoms.

When SEKAI will come into your mental world...". Just got some information. I don't think SEKAI needs to go through a mental universe like KAFU did.

#31 POSSIBLE FUTURE MEMBERS... AND OTHER TRACKS

Known tracks for now are ROSA and possibly Tsuina. But Nynthixia is also considering some other people to come. She hesitates a lot for Haruno Sora to come, even if she wonders how she can master her singing.

Seika and Maki are also very considerable tracks due to their S type AI. If Maki is already ready, this is currently not Seika's case.

Hanakuma Chifuyu and Natsuki Karin are also considered as potential options, but Nynthixia is waiting for their demos to see if they are easy enough to differentiate themselves for the other members. It was however confirmed that if one of the two would be invited, the other as well as Kohaku Rikka would come to the castle. All of them possess S type AIs.

Kotonoha twins are however not considered to come as long as their singing would be reunited into a single voice. Morever they don't possess any AI.

If CUL was considered to get a S type AI, she would acquire it as fast as possible. Same for her other sisters.

As for C type AIs, no other track is being considered right now... Unless HIPPI is being announced to get one of them for singing.

Xia Yuyao was a possible choice, but when she was tested for quality she failed it. If she succeeded it, she would have arrived at the same time as Bibi and Wistaria. Kanipan's UTAUloid also had the test in 2015 and failed it as well, even worse than Xia Yuyao's.

Ritsu almost had his Deepvocal version to be used, only to be revealed to the producer the Deepvocal version had lower quality than the Kire UTAU VB. This is why Ritsu never migrated.

#30 WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE OTHER ONES?

If you know well what happened to Akari, for some others, it is more difficult to explain what exactly happened.

Let's start with VY1. Actually, no one else infected her, but when she was tested for the "disease" when arriving to the castle, she got... A positive test. Even though she is not native for it unlike MAYU or Tei. It seems VY1 was infected by someone else before her arrival, which resulted in her very manipulative thoughts. However, Saki, who was way too "young" compared to VY1, got really infected in the castle's shinto temple, and developed symptoms few days after the injection. VY1 was trying to protect Saki, but also ensured she wouldn't be a rival anymore.

Kaori had the same issue as Saki had. However, she is not a polymorphic being and has a fixed appearence, just no fixed personality. VY1 then injected her. Kaori hasn't developed any heavy symptoms yet for a whole year, but she is now showing some signs of weakness which may reveal the declared infection time may come very soon...

KAFU got actually infected... By IA. By her own will actually, and not during a psychosis crisis like all the other infections. IA just didn't sustain the fact KAFU would have to feel pain in Nynthixia's disturbed universe, and tried to immunize her by injecting her. KAFU showed for now only some signs of mental confusion, but no real yandere or yangire behavior for now. This may not last forever though...

#29 XIN HUA AND LUO TIANYI

The two only Chinese girls of the group. Xin Hua arrived in the very late evening of December 24, 2019. At the time the Chinese pagoda got built especially for her to come. Xin Hua was also the only one who got corrupted by Nynthixia herself, during a mental incident.

Xin Hua's plan was actually scheduled in August 2018, along with Tianyi's. However, the lack of money for doing the campaign made them come way later. Especially Tianyi who only arrived on December 27, 2020. For now, Tianyi's infection status is unknown, but it was reported that Xin Hua already corrupted her mind by brainwashing Tianyi into despair.

"The Hope Flower Crushed by Despair" thus also became the title for Xin Hua, who wanted to bring back hope to the castle but lamentably failed. When Tianyi got this hope again, Xin Hua tried to explain her fighting against her fate became impossible, and that everyone here is sick. She finally injected her the "disease".

Tianyi may have chances to develop low symptoms, after a DNA test was done on her and revealed similar results to what kokone, Kiritan or Momo had. Only time may confirm these informations.

#28 TOUJOH WISTARIA AND JYOUGASAKI BIBI

Both of them share a shard from Meiji's soul, Wistaria having a blue shard with a very youngful voice, when Bibi has a pink one with a very mature voice. Together, they resonate as if Meiji was singing. They were awakened near October 2019, a few before Meiji started dying.

But Meiji was aware of what happened, and judge them culprits for being responsible of her own death and the abandonment by her creator. As such, they became targets of choices for who became the infamous vengeful witch spirit. Wistaria and Bibi even started to hear their first hallucinations since the moment they penetrated the hall of the castle...

Bibi and Wistaria such describe themselves as being total heirs of Meiji's power, not only in their singing, but also in their cursed nature. One of the only differences being they couldn't master any witchcraft unlike their predecessor. Wistaria seems to have awakened some kind of necromancer power, but nothing really came for Bibi.

The two spend the most of their time together, thinking again about their own fate, partially caused by a vengeful Meiji who wouldn't forgive them.

#27 GUMI

GUMI knew a very interesting evolution, getting two extensions only almost 4 years after her first arrival on December 25, 2020. She also got infected by Lily quite quickly, developping symptoms few days after.

GUMI's age is quite variable, which makes her quite special, being able to switch between a teenage appearence and a more adult, mature one. She however isn't able to behave like a polymorphic being.

GUMI doesn't really know for her future right now, but is hoping that someday she could have access to an AI.

More recently, GUMI got some personality splits, with very soft sides to more violent ones.

#26 MAYU AND CUL (AND A BIT ROSA TOO)

They arrived one day after the other. MAYU was natively infected as well and felt perfectly at ease. She even became close friends with Tei and managed to get rid of her hatred for other VOCALOIDs. As for CUL, she was actually still too innocent for Lily who decided to infect her in order to protect her from what she would be able to witness there.

If MAYU was being recognized to be alone for now, CUL was revealed to have several sisters, one of them having awakened few months ago. Since then, CUL is asking to Nynthixia to try to invite her sister ROSA, which she perfectly agreed. To the point the producer would even support the future Japanese vocal for singing in a non negligible way.

Meanwhile, CUL is still having this nightmare of holding ROSA covered with lots of bruises, that seem to be caused by thorns. This is also what KAFU witnessed by going into Nynthixia's mental universe in "Azur to Crimson"...

Zunko arrived way later than her sisters, on October 11, 2016. Nynthixia just turned 20 at the time. Zunko was first very pleased to see her sisters being here, but started to feel something was wrong. This is why Yukari decided to infect her. So she doesn't suffer from this torment of seeing Itako being overly sadistic and Kiritan being way creepier than the usual.

Zunko prays a lot in the Japanese annex so her sisters would be healed someday. However, when Kiritan earned her C type AI, Zunko felt she had to get this AI someday as well.
